MentorU is a system and platform designed to connect University of Utah students with mentors. This digital solution addresses a gap left by the University's limited availability of Career Coaches. While only six schools have full-time coaching implemented, MentorU's approach to mentorship offers students the potential to create longer-lasting relationships through mentorship, access to resources, professional insights, and increased confidence. With a simple and minimalistic design, MentorU plans to start small, supporting 1-2 mentorship programs and scaling up based on feedback to benefit the entire campus community.
